Hair Transplant Patient Sales Consultant
at AB Aesthetic Consultant ServicesAbout us We are hiring on behalf of a surgeon-led hair transplant clinic offering personalised hair restoration for men and women. At this clinic we give every patient clear information, discreet support and a positive experience from first enquiry through treatment and follow-up. The role We're looking for a sales professional with excellent customer service skills to manage enquiries, coordinate consultations and bookings, and support patients through their whole journey, including aftercare and follow-up. Proven hair transplant experience is required, either working within a hair transplant clinic or in another professional hair transplant role. This should be combined with a strong sales track record and a talent for looking after clients, ideally gained in a luxury or premium environment. You'll work closely with our lead surgeon, gathering information and identifying potentially suitable candidates for preliminary discussion. Every prospective patient's case must be discussed with the lead surgeon before a consultation is confirmed. Preliminary screening is not a clinical assessment: the lead surgeon makes all decisions on medical and surgical suitability, technique and graft estimation. What you'll do
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp
- Hold initial in-person and virtual conversations to understand each patient's goals, concerns and expectations
- Gather hair loss history, photographs and questions using the clinic's approved process and present them to the lead surgeon for preliminary review
- Recognise cases that need clinical review and refer them to the surgeon. You will not determine suitability, recommend techniques or estimate graft numbers
- Explain hair restoration options for men and women in plain language using surgeon-approved information, including shaved, partially shaved and unshaven FUE, and implantation by forceps or implanter pen (DHI-style)
- Coordinate consultations and treatment bookings, making sure the surgeon has the relevant information beforehand
- Follow up after consultations and guide suitable patients through booking in line with the surgeon's treatment plan
- Explain pricing and payment options transparently, without pressure and without promising results
- Support patients before and after surgery, explain surgeon-approved aftercare and escalate any clinical questions or concerns promptly
- Arrange postoperative reviews, collect progress photographs through approved systems and keep the surgeon updated
- Track unanswered enquiries and outstanding concerns through to resolution
- Keep accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline and report on enquiries, consultations, procedures and conversion rates
- Use patient feedback to help improve the patient experience and sales performance What we're looking for
- Proven hair transplant experience, either working within a hair transplant clinic or in another professional hair transplant role (essential)
- A good understanding of hair transplant procedures, the patient journey, recovery and aftercare
- A strong sales background with a proven track record of converting enquiries and meeting targets
- Excellent customer service experience, preferably in a luxury or premium industry such as aesthetics, beauty, fashion, hospitality, private healthcare or high-end retail
- Anonymised examples of your sales results (for example enquiries managed, conversion rates or targets achieved, with timeframe and context). Please do not share any confidential patient, client or company information
- Professional references from previous roles
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the empathy and discretion to support patients making a personal, high-value decision
- Confident managing bookings and a sales pipeline in a CRM or similar system
- Excellent organisation and follow-up, and the ability to work independently while keeping in close contact with the surgeon
- A clear understanding of the boundary between patient consultancy and clinical decision-making Confidentiality You'll handle patient information, photographs and consultation notes confidentially using only the clinic's approved systems, and protect the clinic's non-public information, brand materials, templates and sales processes. You will be required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before accessing any patient or company information. Pay and terms This is a flexible, freelance, commission-only role. Commission is paid on confirmed, paid bookings. The commission rate, payment point and cancellation terms will be agreed in writing before work begins.
