Health & Safety Consultant (Full-Time or Part-Time) Hybrid | Yorkshire Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (28.5 hours over 3 days) | Up to £40,000 (pro-rata for part-time) About Us Swain Safety Solutions is a full turnkey health and safety consultancy, providing businesses with the blueprint to integrate effective health and safety management into the heart of their operations. Our pragmatic, professional approach to risk management provides businesses with the tools, confidence, and clarity needed to protect their stakeholders, strengthen regulatory compliance, and enhance operational efficiency and profitability. The Role: This hybrid role is available on either a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) or a part-time basis (28.5 hours over 3 days per week). The role will be a mix of home working, site visits and time with clients. Willingness to travel, with the occasional overnight stay, is required due to the nature of our work. If successful, you'll be a key part of the business, directly supporting our clients with: - Inspections and audits - Development of management systems - Documentation creation & review - Standard & accreditation management - CDM support - Incident investigations - And more! Past experience delivering training (or willingness to become a trainer) is desirable. What We're Looking For: - Yorkshire based (or within a commutable distance to Yorkshire and surrounding areas) - NEBOSH General Certificate (Required) -NEBOSH Diploma or actively working towards (desired) - Minimum 1 years relevant H&S experience - Full UK driving licence with access to own car - Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays - And most importantly, somebody who is pragmatic, professional and enjoys what they do!
