Chief Executive Officer | Engineering & Building Services | Asia Our client is an established business with operations across Asia, providing a range of specialist solutions and services to customers across multiple sectors. With a strong market presence and ambitious plans for the future, the business is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of development. The Role:

• Take full P&L responsibility for the business, reporting to the Board.
• Develop and execute the overall business strategy, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team across multiple functions and markets.
• Identify and capitalise on new commercial opportunities, markets and service offerings.
• Strengthen customer relationships and develop strategic partnerships.
• Drive operational performance, organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Lead business transformation initiatives to support long-term competitiveness and growth. The Person
• An accomplished CEO, Managing Director, Regional President or senior General Manager with substantial business leadership experience.
• Background in industrial, technical, infrastructure, engineering or related B2B sectors.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-functional businesses with full P&L accountability.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth, organisational transformation and operational improvement.
• Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
• Experience operating in international or multicultural environments, ideally with exposure to Asia.
• An engaging, pragmatic leader capable of building strong teams and stakeholder relationships.
