Supply Chain Sourcing - Intern

The rate offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Hourly Rate:

$22 - $24/hr.

OVERVIEW

The Intern - Supply Chain is responsible for supporting Supply Chain management activities, assisting with data analysis, reporting, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Student will have the opportunity for development and career exploration within the Plexus Supply Chain organization

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Supply Chain analysis activities that drive operational changes that reduce cost.
• Perform activities that support the delivery of metrics / KPI's / dashboards, utilizing various software applications.
• Provide support on Supply Chain projects or cross-functional initiatives as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Student working toward a Bachelor's degree for the entire duration of internship and actively pursuing a career in Supply Chain

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project are required.
• General office equipment and materials.

Physical Requirements:

• Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Travel Requirements:

• Less than 40%
