Social Media Manager and Paid Advertising Market Assistant

• Managing our accounts and creating engaging content across all our platforms. Both within imagery and creating long and short form video content
• Managing and optimising Meta and TikTok paid advertising
• Using AI to help you efficiently bring your thoughts for content creation, planning and social media analytics together effectively
• Monitoring results, engagement, growth and paid campaign performance
• Help the wider marketing team on all aspects of marketing from mailers, blog writing to influencer strategy   What We're Looking For
• Proven experience or strong conceptional understanding of managing social media accounts and paid social campaign structures
• Strong content creation and video editing skills
• Excellent practical knowledge of how to use AI tools to assist you with social media, content creation, and analytics
• Good overall marketing knowledge with strong copywriting and communication skills
• A proactive, creative personality, we want someone who spots opportunities and trends rather than waits to be told what to post. Self-motivating with a good understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and engage
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to our rural location A degree in social media marketing, marketing, media or a related subject would be great, but experience and proven ability are more important to us.   The Important Bits This is a full-time, office-based role at Hatton, Warwickshire. Joining a small, friendly team. You'll need some flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, particularly around events and busy periods.   The Perks
