• Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days a week
• Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

The role requires a combination of project management skills and the ability to quickly understand products and identify potential features or processes that can improve the user experience. Strong people skills, persistence, and execution capabilities are essential in this fast-paced, business-oriented environment, with a direct impact on business growth. Key Responsibilities – What You'll Do
• Develop & Optimise Processes: Break big-picture ideas into actionable steps, take ownership of processes, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• Project Management: Drive projects from beginning to end and ensure successful delivery of results.
• Analytics: Utilise data to understand user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve driver and rider retention, marketplace efficiency, and potential product launches.
• Communication & Brand Growth: Develop creative and informative email content and communication approaches to sustain and grow the local brand. Skills & Qualifications – What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced working environment, preferably in business intelligence, management consulting, data analytics, or a related field.
• Moderate to advanced SQL experience, with strong SQL skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong project management, organisational, and execution skills.
• A data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions and improving processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy for users and the community.
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese is mandatory.
