Role: Operations Executive – Data Analytics + Project Management Experience – 3+ Employment Type – Contract Location – Hong Kong This is a fast-paced, business-side role where you'll combine analytics, project management, and creative communication to drive operational excellence and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize operational processes, turning big-picture ideas into actionable steps.
• Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring flawless delivery and measurable business impact.
• Use analytics (SQL/Excel) to understand user behaviour, improve retention, and support product launches.
• Design creative communication strategies and informative content to strengthen Uber's local brand presence. Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, consulting, or data analytics (SQL proficiency required).
• Strong project management skills with excellent organizational ability and follow-through.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity and problem-solving drive.
• Empathy and passion for enhancing the community experience.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills (mandatory).
