Senior Manager Manager, Business Planning and Strategy, Insurance

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join an mid-size insurance company to drive strategic planning, business management, and high-impact executive deliverables. Working closely with senior leadership, you will synthesize business performance, turn strategic insights into compelling presentation decks, and facilitate cross-functional execution to support business growth across the organization. Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in shaping business strategies, growth initiatives, and annual business plans.
• Prepare high-quality, C-suite ready presentation decks and narrative briefs for strategy reviews.
• Perform high-level business and performance analysis to track core KPIs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and align key internal stakeholders across operations, distribution, product, and finance.
• Monitor strategic project milestones, track deliverables, and facilitate regular business review meetings.
• Synthesize complex business information and data into actionable management insights and strategic summaries. Qualifications
• 7+ years of relevant experience in business planning, strategy, management consulting, or corporate management within the insurance / banking industry
• Exceptional storyboarding and presentation skills, with a proven track record of crafting executive-level PowerPoint decks.
• Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills to interpret financial and operational metrics without requiring deep technical/data engineering expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and senior executive levels.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
