Business Analyst

Hiring: Operations (Analytics) Executive Location: Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Work Type: 12 Months Contract Work Mode: Onsite About We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Operations (Analytics) Executive to support business growth, improve operational processes, and enhance driver and rider engagement. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities to improve driver and rider retention.
• Use SQL and Excel to generate insights and support business decision-making.
• Develop, optimize, and implement operational processes.
• Manage projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketplace efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Develop creative email content and communication strategies to engage driver partners and strengthen Uber's local brand. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, business intelligence, or management consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Creative thinking, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is mandatory.
