Location: Tyseley, Birmingham

Contract: Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm | Friday: 8:00am - 1:30pm

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant to join a growing and successful business based in Tyseley, Birmingham.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse operations with customer deliveries, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete local customer deliveries in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately
• Process goods-in and goods-out activities
• Update stock and delivery information using warehouse systems
• Record Proof of Delivery (POD) information via mobile applications
• Assist with inventory counts and stock control activities
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with customers

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using mobile devices and warehouse management systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
