Delivery Lead - Enterprise Technology 📍 London, UK (Hybrid) | Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive delivery excellence across our client's Enterprise Technology function. This is a strategic leadership role focused on coaching teams, establishing consistent delivery standards, and ensuring successful execution across multiple technology initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a central point of delivery accountability, working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes, manage complexity, and drive continuous improvement. This role will also play a key part in shaping and enabling modern AI-assisted and agentic software delivery practices. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach cross-functional delivery teams to improve planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Establish and embed best-in-class Agile and Lean delivery practices across multiple streams.
• Drive consistency, transparency, governance, and reporting across enterprise technology initiatives.
• Identify and remove delivery obstacles, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide leadership with a consolidated view of delivery progress, milestones, and risks.
• Support the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices within the technology organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
• Step into delivery activities when required to unblock teams and ensure successful outcomes. Skills & Experience Required
• Proven experience leading delivery across multiple teams, programmes, or technology streams.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capability with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Hands-on background in Agile, Lean, and modern delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing complex, enterprise-scale technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Expertise in governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery planning.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Desirable Experience
• Enterprise platforms, data platforms, or engineering enablement environments.
• Exposure to AI-assisted or agentic software development practices.
