Organisational Project Manager

We are looking for an Organisational Project Manager to work closely with our Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, bringing our strategy to life and turning business priorities into clear plans and action. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex challenges and getting directly involved in delivery. Alongside managing projects, you will help articulate our strategy to colleagues across the business, making it clear what we are working towards, why it matters and how each team contributes. You will help embed these priorities into everyday activity and ensure decisions lead to action. This is an individual contributor role, where your impact will come through your own delivery and your ability to influence others. Your responsibilities will include:

• Translate our strategy into practical delivery plans, connecting business priorities with clear actions, ownership and measures of progress.
• Articulate and communicate the strategy across the business, working with leaders to build understanding and embed it into team plans and everyday decisions.
• Manage organisational and business improvement projects, establishing clear scope, milestones, ownership and delivery plans.
• Work with leaders across the whole business to progress actions, resolve dependencies and address risks.
• Analyse business performance and investigate specific challenges, turning findings into practical recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, communications and supporting materials for the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and business performance reviews, ensuring clear decisions, actions and accountability.
• Maintain accurate project and action tracking, following through with stakeholders to keep delivery moving.
