We're looking for a Design Delivery Manager who will lead and control design throughput across mobile telecoms programmes, ensuring seamless delivery and successful completion of all design stages. Role Responsibilities

• Own the full design journey from Pre-MSV through GA and DD, ensuring all milestones are delivered on time and to forecast.
• Maintain control of design forecasts, delivery dates and recovery plans when timelines shift.
• Lead client and supplier calls, aligning stakeholders and driving progress across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate closely with Acquisition teams to validate site readiness and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure accurate management of design-related financial processes, systems compliance and safe delivery in line with Mitie standards. Required Qualifications Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
• Minimum 5 years' telecoms design delivery experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier.
• Strong leadership, organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex site dependencies.
• Experience working across PD-PC forums and delivering practical design resolutions.
• Proficiency in Sitetracker and client management systems.
• Strong commercial awareness, including finance tracking, GRNs and billing processes. What's in it for you?
