Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst Insurance underwriting firm - MGA Hybrid working - 1-3 Days a week on site (City of London) 12 Month initial FTC (High salary + bonus, paid holiday etc) I am looking for someone with experience building out and implementing policy admin systems. We need someone who can work very closely with third party vendors, underwriters, pricing actuaries / analysts and senior stakeholders. Our client have just picked a new "off the shelf" Policy Admin system which they are going to need help gathering requirements and implementing for.

• Proven track record as a BA on insurance product build or configuration work inside a policy administration system.
• Hands-on experience writing clear, well-organised requirements for risk questionnaires, pricing and rating models, underwriting criteria and document templates.
• Confident working directly with underwriters and pricing specialists, and willing to push back on content that is unclear, incomplete or contradictory.
• Used to partnering with an external vendor team, where you define what is needed and they build it.
• Practical UAT experience, including test planning, defect triage and tidy record-keeping.
• Disciplined use of Jira or a similar tool as the live record of the build.
