IPS Employment Engagement and Partnerships Lead (Employer Engagement & Business Partnerships) £27,202 per annum | 37 hours per week Hybrid working | Job Share opporunity At Suffolk Mind, our mission is to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health. We're looking for an IPS Employment Engagement and Partnerships Lead to strengthen relationships with employers across Suffolk and help create meaningful employment opportunities for people experiencing mental health challenges. The Suffolk IPS service is delivered in partnership with Norfolk and Waveney Mind. As the IPS Employment Engagement and Partnerships Lead, you'll work with employers across Suffolk to develop opportunities for people experiencing mental health challenges, while strengthening the local partnerships that underpin successful IPS delivery.   What we're looking for ✔ Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with employers, businesses, or community partners ✔ Experience working towards targets and achieving measurable outcomes ✔ Strong organisational and time management skills ✔ A passion for improving employment opportunities for people experiencing mental health challenges Desirable ✔ Experience in employment support, mental health, health, social care, or the voluntary sector ✔ Understanding of workplace wellbeing and mental health inclusion ✔ Existing business networks within Suffolk Why join Suffolk Mind?
