Sales Director

Bayleaf Facilities Management (BFM) provides bespoke commercial cleaning services to clients across the commercial, retail, hospitality and hotel sectors. We're looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our Sales function and drive growth across all four divisions. You'll shape and deliver our commercial strategy, grow revenue and margin, strengthen client relationships, and lead the team responsible for retention, renewals and account growth.   What you'll do

• Lead the sales strategy, taking ownership of revenue, margin, retention and growth targets.
• Oversee client renewals, pricing, costings and contract amendments.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling services.
• Work with senior leaders and Business Development on tenders, new business and mobilisation handovers.
• Build senior client relationships and resolve significant issues.
• Partner with Operations and divisional teams to align client needs with service delivery.
• Manage forecasting, performance reporting, pricing controls and the Sales budget.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns, lead generation and brand positioning.   What you'll bring
• Senior sales or commercial leadership experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• A strong track record leading sales teams and delivering revenue and margin targets.
• Commercial, pricing and forecasting skills, with experience managing a diverse client portfolio.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in account management and contract renewals; tendering and new business experience is an advantage.
