What You'll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate within a specialist technology market, building relationships with both clients and candidates while managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Developing new business opportunities and building client relationships ✅ Sourcing and engaging technology professionals across niche IT markets ✅ Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to offer acceptance ✅ Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls ✅ Becoming an expert within your specialist technology sector ✅ Negotiating offers and providing market insight to clients and candidates ✅ Building a network and personal brand within your chosen market Specialist Technology Markets You could recruit within some of the world's fastest-growing technology sectors, including:
