Senior Building Surveyor

💰 £60,000–£72,000 + 15% contractual over-target bonus (£15,000–£35,000 demonstrated annual bonus payments) This permanent, full-time position covers commercial project and professional building surveying, with senior-level responsibility for independent instruction delivery, client communication and technical reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead commercial refurbishment projects and contract administration instructions.
• Manage project commissions through procurement, delivery and completion.
• Prepare technical due diligence reports for commercial property clients.
• Advise landlords and tenants on dilapidations matters.
• Own client communication, technical reporting and fee-earning instructions. Requirements
• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
• Strong commercial building surveying consultancy experience.
• Contract administration and project management experience.
• Technical due diligence and dilapidations experience.
• Experience independently leading commercial surveying instructions. Salary & Package
• £60,000–£72,000 base salary.
• Contractual 15% over-target bonus. (Demonstrated annual bonus payments of £15,000–£35,000.)
• Annual trip abroad (this year was Antwerp)
