Senior Surveyor - Property Asset Management

I'm working with a specialist management agency with an outstanding reputation across Central London's Grade A office market. They're looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their team and take responsibility for a portfolio of eight high-quality, multi-let office assets across the West End and City, with individual assets exceeding 100,000 sq ft. This is a genuinely interesting portfolio where you'll have the opportunity to get much closer to the assets, clients and wider commercial strategy. You'll be responsible for:

• Day-to-day management of a portfolio of Grade A, multi-let offices
• Service charge budgeting, management and reconciliations
• Working closely with occupiers and managing key stakeholder relationships
• Supporting lease renewals, regears and rent reviews
• Working alongside high-calibre asset managers on wider asset management initiatives
• Getting involved in refurbishments, ESG strategies and placemaking projects
• Building strong relationships with a sophisticated client base including private clients, high-net-worth individuals and trusts They're looking for someone who is quick on their feet, commercially switched on and confident operating across high-quality assets. You'll need solid commercial property management experience, but just as importantly, they want someone who wants to understand the bigger picture around how an asset performs and how it can be improved.
