Thematic Engagement Officer

Solicitors Regulation Authority Solicitors Regulation Authority, https://www.sra.org.uk/sra/jobs/careers/ Requirements of the role As a Thematic Engagement Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Thematic Risk Team in a variety of exercises. You will contact firms by a variety of communication methods. At times, this will involve making a high volume of calls to solicitors, compliance officers and managers of law firms. You will proactively monitor law firms' compliance with our regulatory rules by undertaking various activities to check and review information. You will review compliance and evidence your decision making. You will liaise professionally with solicitors and stakeholders and deal with any subsequent queries promptly. You will provide an excellent standard of customer service. You will be confident communicating by phone and email and use your judgement about obtaining information quickly and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail will be important. You will be responsible for producing high-quality and accurate work. Training will be provided to help you interpret and apply our regulatory rules.
