Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Horizon scanning and identifying regulatory developments, relevant risks and assessment of these.
• Acting as key liaison withing the function ensuring governance requirements are met and communicated effectively.
• Supporting with MI reports, regulatory reporting, implementing compliance frameworks and advising on compliance best practice when needed. Ideally, you will have or be:
• Significant experience with stakeholder management, business partnering and building strong relationships across the business functions.
• At least 2/3 years' previous experience within Compliance and Regulatory Governance, in a complex Financial Services environment.
• Solid knowledge and experience with advising on Compliance, monitoring and testing, and identifying relevant governance risks. One thing to note is this is not a financial crime, AML, or KYC Compliance position!
