Head of Brand

MacGregor Black is partnering with a Hot Beverage Business on the search for a Head of Brand, based in Greater London. This is an opportunity to lead brand strategy and execution, strengthening consumer engagement and driving commercial growth. You will bring strategic thinking alongside the energy and entrepreneurial approach needed to turn plans into action. Key responsibilities:

• Shape and deliver the brand strategy, positioning and marketing plans.
• Build brand awareness and consumer engagement through compelling campaigns.
• Partner with commercial teams to support retail growth and brand visibility.
• Use consumer, shopper and market insight to identify opportunities.
• Manage marketing investment with a clear focus on commercial returns.
• Lead and develop a growing brand team. What are we looking for?
• Strong brand marketing experience within FMCG, ideally in a challenger, start-up or mid-sized business.
• Proven experience building brands within retail.
• A commercially focused, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Confidence balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
