Financial Assistant

Finance Assistant Leeds City Centre | Hybrid | Are you a Finance Assistant with 1–2 years' experience looking for your next step within a global business? We're working with a leading international organisation that is looking for a confident, ambitious and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build on their existing finance experience, broaden their exposure and get involved in projects beyond the traditional day-to-day finance function. What you'll be doing You'll play an important role within the wider finance team, supporting across a varied workload including:

• Supporting large volumes of invoicing and financial data
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across financial processes
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and providing a high level of service
• Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day activities
• Getting involved in projects and process improvement initiatives
• Working with different teams across the business, giving you excellent exposure to a global finance environment
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, confident in their approach and ready to develop their career in finance. You'll ideally have:
• 1–2 years' experience within a finance environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence working with large data sets and high-volume invoicing
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
• The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• An interest in getting involved in projects and process improvement
