Business Analyst

An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to drive transformation, data improvement and business change. I'm partnering with a well-established organisation within the specialty insurance sector to recruit a Business Analyst to join its data and performance function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move beyond traditional reporting and take on a more business-facing role, working across data, technology and operational teams to deliver meaningful improvements. What you'll be doing:

• Identifying process improvements and opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Gathering and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• Supporting data transformation, automation and technology change initiatives.
• Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define solutions.
• Conducting data analysis to support decision-making and business improvements.
• Supporting testing, implementation and the adoption of new processes and systems.
• Helping improve data quality, reporting standards and governance. What we're looking for:
• Experience in Business Analysis, MI, BI, Reporting or Data Analytics.
• Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience supporting projects, process improvement or business change.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
• Exposure to tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar platforms.
• An understanding of insurance, ideally within a specialty market environment. Why consider this opportunity?
