Employment Senior Associate – London 6+ PQE | Leading International Law Firm I'm working with a highly regarded international law firm that is looking to strengthen its London Employment team with a Senior Associate at the 6+ PQE level. This is a particularly interesting opportunity for someone who enjoys complex, high-quality employment work but is looking for a firm with a genuinely collaborative culture and sensible expectations. The team is highly ranked in the legal directories and has an excellent reputation for handling sophisticated employment disputes, strategic advisory matters and sensitive workplace issues. Its client base includes major corporates, financial institutions and well-known consumer brands, with particular strengths in whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, discrimination, senior executive exits and workplace investigations. The quality of work is a real attraction. The team has been involved in significant and precedent-setting litigation, including matters reaching the Supreme Court, as well as high-value whistleblowing disputes and complex investigations for major international businesses. Importantly, the practice offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious work. There is plenty of opportunity to get involved in substantial litigation, but also to advise clients on day-to-day employment issues, strategic projects, senior exits, restructurings and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
