Employment Solicitor ~£100,000

The Firm We are partnered with a leading International Law firm as they look to add to their Employment team, focusing on working with claimants and our trade union/staff association clients and referrers. The firm pride their selves on delivering only top quality legal services to a variety of clients across a wide range of sectors whether for a business or individuals. Responsibilities

• Providing advice and assessments on the merits of potential tribunal, regulatory, pension and other claims
• To undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Employment Team and Business Services Division
• Managing employment tribunal and pension cases
• To contribute to the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan and firm's commonality of purpose
• To deliver a high quality commercial legal service ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics Requirements
• Admitted to the roll of solicitors or a member of the bar, FCILEX
• 5 or more years experience in Employment Law
• Business development experience (preferrable)
• Confident individual who works well within a team On Offer
• Negotiable salary up to £100,000
• Bonus scheme worth up to 20% of your base salary
• Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)
