24252 Full or Part-Time Equine Vet (minimal OOH)

• epending On Experience We are seeking a permanent experienced first opinion vet to join our team. The role is open to someone with at least two years' experience in a similar role (not an Intern) or even a managerial / clinical mixed position. We are a very busy 100% equine practice with full in-house surgical facilities, based in semi-rural Berkshire, supported by a fantastic team. We care passionately about our Team to ensure they have an enjoyable work life balance – planned admin time, shorter days and minimal OOH (1:10 weekends). Preferable Skills Include
• Ability to perform lameness work-ups and vettings
• Must be a team player
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Must be able to respond quickly and remain calm in difficult situations
• Diplomatic in resolving client complaints
• Must be driven to deliver gold standard patient care
• Financial awareness, organised and with the ability to prioritise You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical knowledge by seeing diverse cases through and assist with elective surgical cases.
