Senior Information Technology Technician

Senior IT Operations Professional Paddington £45k-£50k 4 days per week in the office, 1 at home. We're partnered with a world-renowned FMCG brand looking for a Senior IT Operations Professional to join their UK technology team. This is a hands-on role within a small, fast-paced IT function where you'll take responsibility for a broad mix of 1st and 2nd Line support, while working closely with the wider business and supporting the development of more junior team members. You'll be involved across day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, hardware, networking, AV and digital workplace technology. We're looking for someone with:

• Strong 1st and 2nd Line IT support experience
• Some people lead experience, you'll be looking after 1, potentially 2 team members
• Excellent end-user computing and hardware knowledge
• Hands-on AV systems and digital signage experience
• Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management
• Experience with onboarding, user access and general IT operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved across the IT environment Experience working within FMCG, Retail, startups, scale-ups or other fast-paced environments would be particularly valuable.
