We are currently recruiting Production Operatives (Day Shift) to join our growing team. Location: Blenheim Road, Ashbourne, DE6 1HA Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Key Responsibilities

• Processing and packing raw product in a chilled environment in line with customer specifications
• Meeting KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency
• Completing training within the first 13 weeks of employment
• Maintaining high standards of speed, quality, attitude, and attendance
• Following all Health & Safety and animal welfare policies
• Attending and applying learning from training (e.g. Basic Food Hygiene) What You Will Need
• Previous experience working in a cold, fast-paced environment is essential
• Basic understanding of English
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
