Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst London UK - Hybrid - 2 days a week Job Summary

• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, business analysis and workshop facilitation, translating business needs into clear Salesforce functional requirements.
• Strong Salesforce functional and platform knowledge, particularly across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with exposure to integrations, APIs, data migration, data mapping and system dependencies.
• Create and maintain high-quality functional documentation, including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Story Maps, Process/Flow Diagrams, BRDs and FSDs, with clear requirements traceability.
• Own/support backlog management, prioritisation, refinement and requirements clarification throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, story estimation, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Define high-level Salesforce solution approaches and collaborate with Architects and Developers to assess feasibility, dependencies, story decomposition and sizing.
• Manage backlog prioritisation and refinement, As-Is/To-Be process mapping and functional clarification, working closely with Product Owners, Developers and QA through development, testing, UAT and business acceptance.
