Founding Engineers (Typescript) | 90-120k (+equity) | Early stage consumer marketplace / proptech startup | x5 days pw (central/east Ldn) Role: Founding Engineer Salary: 90-120k (+ equity) Location: x5 days pw in Central/East London Tech stack include: React Native, Typescript, React, Vite, Next.js, Postgres, AWS, Vercel, and Terraform. Team: x1 engineer (company total 7) We've partnered with an early stage startup that's an invite only home sharing community platform, helping members earn money from their homes while they travel, with guests connected through trusted social circles. It has raised over $5 mil, 2 years runway, since launching in London it has processed almost $3m USD, and nearly 7,000 people using the platform, they're now expanding its engineering team to build out the product for next summer season, they've got a tonne of roadmap they need to get through! As an engineer, you would own and build product features end to end, working closely with the other founding engineer and the team to make product and technical. Looking to hire x3 engineers! Must haves:

• 4+ years experience minimum, ideally 5-7 (must be able to demonstrate high ownership)
• Strong Full stack experience - Typescript preferred but flexible on stack (React Native a plus).
• Able to build features end to end with 0 hand holding.
• Early stage startup experience, ideally founding engineer or ex founder.
• A product-minded, adaptable approach: comfortable shipping fast, working through ambiguity, and learning from users.
