AI Video Producer

You'll turn scripts into finished, premium-quality AI videos using a client's digital twin. Quality is everything What you'll do

• Create and maintain AI digital twins (face and voice) from client footage.
• Produce talking-head sales videos from our scripts, from 2-minute hooks to 20-minute videos built in sections.
• Swap individual sections (e.g. a new opening) and re-assemble the full video without visible seams.
• Edit and finish: captions, jump cuts, b-roll, colour consistency, audio clean-up.
• Keep face, voice, lighting and energy consistent across long videos.
• Deliver files to spec, on time, with clear naming.
• Suggest better tools and workflows to improve quality and lower cost per video. What we're looking for
• Proven experience with AI avatar and digital twin tools (e.g. HeyGen, Synthesia, Higgsfield)
• Experience with AI voice cloning (e.g. ElevenLabs).
• Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut).
• A sharp eye for anything that “looks AI”: lip sync, uncanny moments, unnatural pauses.
• Reliable and fast. You can hit 24-hour turnarounds on short versions.
• Clear communication and good attention to detail. Nice to have
• Experience with Higgsfield or other AI b-roll tools.
• Automation or scripting skills (n8n, FFmpeg, Python) to speed up repetitive steps.
• Experience making VSLs, ads or direct-response video.
• An understanding of marketing and what makes a sales video convert. How it works
