We help people buy, sell, rent and manage properties, combining local knowledge with a friendly, straightforward approach. We're looking for someone creative who can make our properties look their best and bring personality to our social media. About the role This role combines property photography, floor plans and social media content creation. You'll be comfortable behind the camera and confident in front of it presenting property walkthroughs, sharing tips and creating engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting properties to take high-quality interior and exterior photographs.
- Editing photographs for property listings, our website and social media.
- Measuring properties and producing clear floor plans, with training available.
- Filming and presenting property walkthroughs and short promotional videos.
- Creating TikToks, Instagram Reels and Facebook adverts.
- Developing fresh ideas for property features, helpful tips and behind-the-scenes content.
- Editing videos with captions, music and engaging opening lines.
- Writing social media captions and preparing content for posting.
- Coordinating appointments with our team and treating owners, tenants and their homes respectfully. What we're looking for
- A good eye for photography, composition and lighting.
- Confidence speaking and presenting on camera.
- Creativity and the ability to turn an idea into a finished piece of content.
- Experience editing photographs and short videos.
- An understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook content.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle for property visits.
- A friendly, professional approach. Property photography and floor-plan experience would be an advantage, but you don't need an estate agency background. We welcome applicants with transferable photography and content creation skills who are keen to learn. How to apply Please send your CV or a short introduction, examples of your photography and video work, and a brief clip introducing yourself on camera. Existing examples are welcome, and a simple phone recording is fine we'd like to see your creativity, communication style and personality.
