Employment Solicitor Salary Negotiable Top-Ranking Commercial Law Firm – Central Leeds I am delighted to be working with a leading commercial law firm located in the heart of Leeds, renowned for their client-focused approach, high-calibre work, and dynamic, collaborative culture. Due to sustained growth within their Employment team, they are looking to recruit a talented Employment Solicitor around 2 yrs PQE to join the team. Applications from NQ employment solicitors will also be considered as long as you have completed a seat in employment law and have qualified in to this field. You will work as part of a respected and friendly team, advising an impressive portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

• Employment tribunal litigation
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Advising on TUPE, restructuring and redundancy
• Supporting corporate transactions I am keen to hear from candidates with:- - NQ-4 yrs PQE, with strong post-qualification experience in respondent employment law
• Commercially aware and client-focused
• A confident communicator with excellent drafting and advisory skills
