Program Manager - Country Readiness - Payments Fintech - London

High-growth global FinTech payments scale-up now requires a delivery focused program manager to ensure operational readiness is in place to support and scale their new payments platform across new markets/countries. This role will collaborate with product, Engineering, operations and vendors to act as the bridge between platform and operational service, ensuring platform releases are tested and operationally equipped for go-live and support. The role:

• Lead service design and process/procedure mapping, identifying gaps and translating them into platform requirements.
• Own the enterprise-wide servicing tool vision and coordinate its implementation with vendors and internal teams.
• Run technical service readiness governance forums and track readiness risks and dependencies.
• Design and deliver Ops training and own operational testing and hypercare through to live service acceptance. Key Requirements:
• Proven experience leading service readiness / acceptance-into-service workstreams within a large-scale platform transformation (ideally in payments, fintech, card issuing )
• Experience in service design and process mapping.
• Multi – country/market delivery management.
• Previous experience implementing enterprise-wide tooling as part of an operating model change.
• Experience with operational/acceptance testing and failover/DR testing.
• Hypercare planning and early-life support experience.
• Excellent communicator who is comfortable being hands on and delivery focused. This is a Permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary plus 20% bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
