The opportunity

• Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, delivering compliance and proactive tax planning advice.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
• Review complex tax returns, manage risk and ensure consistently high standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop colleagues, helping shape the future of the team.
• Contribute to business development and play an active part in the firm's continued growth. What you'll bring
• Strong personal tax experience gained within an accountancy practice.
• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
• The confidence to manage client relationships, lead others and identify commercial opportunities.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to balance competing priorities. CCH experience would be advantageous. What's in it for you?
