Permanent Recruitment Growth Manager We have an exciting new opportunity within our business for a Permanent Recruitment Growth Manager The role combines permanent talent acquisition leadership with commercial business development to scale recruitment revenue and build client portfolios Job Purpose: Drive sustainable growth of Permanent Recruitment along with HR/Payroll services within new clients in the Grampian area across different industries and where possible by expand those same services across the parent company's portfolio of approx. 60 businesses across the UK. The role will be responsible for increasing market share, generating new revenue streams and developing strategic partnerships. Under this there would be key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase growth with new clients, both externally and within the parent company's portfolio.
• Conduct business reviews with group companies to understand workforce planning, succession needs and future recruitment requirements.
• Report on recruitment activity service and revenue growth Required Skills & Competencies Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, closing, and contract/fee-agreement structuring. Data-Driven: Proficiency in tracking pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting. Leadership & Coaching: Experience driving high-performance sales/recruitment culture. Communication: Influential stakeholder management for C-level clients and internal teams. Qualifications & Experience Significant experience in permanent recruitment, agency talent acquisition, or commercial business development within recruitment. Track Record: Verifiable history of hitting/exceeding permanent net fee/revenue targets and scaling accounts. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
