Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – US Construction UK-based | Fully Remote | Commission up to 60% An established specialist recruitment business is looking for an ambitious Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant with proven US construction recruitment experience to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to join a warm, established desk alongside two experienced consultants who are on track to generate $1.6 million in combined billings this year. Rather than starting from scratch, you'll be joining an established team with existing market momentum, giving you the platform to build on current success, develop client relationships and maximise your earning potential. • Experience recruiting construction professionals into the US market.
• A strong understanding of US construction clients, candidates and hiring trends.
• A track record of generating placements and building lasting client relationships.
• Experience managing recruitment processes across a specialist construction desk.
• The commercial drive and ambition to operate at Senior Consultant or Principal level.
• The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fully remote environment. Previous US construction recruitment experience is essential.
