Finance & Underwriting Manager £90,000 plus 25%- 35% bonus Based in London my client is an international Private Equity house specialising in the acquisition, financing and subsequent financial management of a UK hotel portfolio. We are currently looking for a Finance & Underwriting Manager to support the portfolio. We are looking for a hands-on, analytically strong professional with approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally from an investment banking, debt capital markets, leveraged finance or real estate finance background. The ideal candidate would bring:

• Strong financial modelling, cash flow analysis and acquisition underwriting capabilities.
• Experience with debt financing, capital structures and lender requirements.
• A sound understanding of accounting, financial reporting and financial controls.
• Ideally, some exposure to hospitality, hotel operations or real estate.
• An entrepreneurial, independent approach, with the ability to take ownership of financial workstreams. Initially, the role will focus on portfolio underwriting, supporting the acquisition financing process and establishing the financial reporting and control framework. We are deliberately looking for someone at an earlier stage of their career rather than an established senior Finance Director or CFO.
