Private Equity Buy Side London £100,000 plus bonus We are currently looking for a Finance & Underwriting Manager to support the acquisition, financing and subsequent financial management of a UK hotel portfolio. Our preference is to initially appoint someone on an interim basis for approximately three months, with the potential to transition into a longer-term permanent role. We are looking for a hands-on, analytically strong professional with approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally from an investment banking, debt capital markets, leveraged finance or real estate finance background. The ideal candidate would bring:

• Strong financial modelling, cash flow analysis and acquisition underwriting capabilities.
• Experience with debt financing, capital structures and lender requirements.
• A sound understanding of accounting, financial reporting and financial controls.
• Ideally, some exposure to hospitality, hotel operations or real estate.
• An entrepreneurial, independent approach, with the ability to take ownership of financial workstreams. Initially, the role will focus on portfolio underwriting, supporting the acquisition financing process and establishing the financial reporting and control framework. We are deliberately looking for someone at an earlier stage of their career rather than an established senior Finance Director or CFO. The intention is to find a talented, ambitious individual who can take on meaningful responsibilities from the outset while developing into a broader finance leadership role over the coming years.
