Technology M&A - Intern

Company Description WizeCap (www.wizecap.net) is an independent corporate finance advisory firm based in London, specializing in M&A for entrepreneurs, founder-led businesses, growth investors, and category leaders within the digital economy. We provide strategic advice and transaction execution support, helping clients navigate complex deals and maximize value in an evolving market landscape. Role Description We are looking for an M&A Intern (4-6 months, starting January 2027) to join our team in London. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our deal team on financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation tasks related to M&A transactions. You will gain exposure to high-growth companies and investors, supporting strategic decision-making in live deals. Qualifications

• Experience in due diligence and accounting practices
• Understanding of investments and financial analysis
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
• Prior M&A experience preferred
