• Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of data platforms and reporting processes.
• Monitor data quality and help identify inconsistencies, errors or missing information.
• Assist with data extraction, transformation and reporting activities.
• Work with structured datasets using tools such as spreadsheets, SQL or similar data platforms.
• Support the preparation of reports, dashboards and data summaries.
• Investigate basic data issues and escalate more complex problems when required.
• Help maintain accurate documentation for data processes and platform procedures.
• Work with internal teams to understand reporting and data requirements.
• Support data integration and system improvement activities.
• Follow data governance, security and confidentiality procedures. Requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and digital systems.
• Basic understanding of SQL, data analysis or reporting tools is helpful.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
