Head of Lounges

We Are Recruiting – Head of Executive Lounges & Hospitality | UK An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven hospitality leader to oversee a portfolio of premium airport lounges across the UK. We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong background in multi-site hospitality operations, Food & Beverage and commercial management, ideally gained within airport lounges, aviation hospitality, luxury hotels or premium restaurant groups. The Role:

• Lead and develop multiple premium airport lounge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive commercial performance, revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Take responsibility for regional P&L, budgets and financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with airport operators, airline partners and key stakeholders.
• Lead new lounge openings, refurbishments, tenders and business development opportunities.
• Inspire and develop senior operational teams while maintaining the highest hospitality and F&B standards. The Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in a senior regional or multi-site hospitality leadership position.
• Strong strategic F&B knowledge and a passion for exceptional guest service.
• Excellent commercial acumen, including P&L management and revenue optimisation.
• Experience in airport lounges, aviation hospitality, luxury hotels or multi-outlet restaurant operations.
• A successful track record of leading teams, driving growth and delivering operational improvements.
• Flexibility to travel regularly throughout the UK.
