• Own Audience Strategy: Develop and evolve Audley's audience strategy, taxonomy and governance framework.
• Drive Personalisation: Transform customer insight and behavioural data into actionable audiences that improve targeting, engagement and customer experience.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, insights, analytics, data and technology teams to embed audience-led decision making.
• Deliver Commercial Impact: Monitor audience performance and continuously optimise marketing effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Lead and Develop Talent: Coach and develop team members, creating an engaged, high-performing culture. It Would be Great If
• You have experience developing marketing audiences, segmentation frameworks or targeting strategies.
• You're confident working with large customer and behavioural datasets.
• You can translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• You have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM, CDP or marketing automation platform.
• You enjoy working collaboratively and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• You bring a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering measurable results.
