We're recruiting experienced Chef de Parties to join the kitchen team at Albert's Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year! What You'll Be Doing
• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes to our standards.
• Working as part of a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen team.
• Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Supporting your fellow chefs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Keeping high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety throughout service. Who We're Looking For

• Experience working in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential.
• Someone who takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes.
