Senior Consultant, Professional Services Hong Kong | Full-time About the business Kaliba is supporting a global software business that helps retailers and brands manage how their products are developed, sourced and delivered. Its platform connects buying, sourcing, product-development and quality teams with suppliers and factories. It brings product specifications, samples, supplier information, costing, purchase orders, quality checks and compliance records into one system. The business works with international retailers and fashion brands, helping them replace spreadsheets and disconnected processes with clearer workflows and better visibility across their supply chains. The opportunity The Professional Services team is looking for someone who combines sourcing knowledge with practical technical skills. You'll work directly with customers to understand their processes and requirements, then help configure the platform around how they operate. This is a hands-on consulting role, suited to someone who enjoys analysing problems, working with software and helping customers get things working properly. You could currently be a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant within sourcing, PLM or related enterprise software. What you'll do

• Work with customers to understand their sourcing and supplier-management processes.
• Turn requirements into functional designs, workflows and platform configurations.
• Configure approval steps, validation rules, user permissions, screens and module settings.
• Use REST APIs and work with technical colleagues on integration requirements and troubleshooting.
• Build prototypes so customers can review proposed workflows before implementation.
• Support user acceptance testing and resolve issues before go-live.
• Identify where processes or software features could be easier to use.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Develop reusable configuration templates and support junior consultants. What we're looking for
• Around 3–5 years' experience in software implementation, functional consulting or business analysis.
• An understanding of sourcing processes, ideally within fashion or retail supply chains. General retail experience alone is unlikely to be enough.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn customer requirements into practical solutions.
• Confidence working directly with business users and technical teams.
• Experience using REST APIs, alongside knowledge of Java and AWS.
• Some exposure to workflow design, software configuration, product design or usability.
