Sales and Marketing Director

Job Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Functions:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the APAC region (including Hong Kong) to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage product portfolios in key APAC markets, including product positioning, lifecycle management, competitive analysis, and launch strategies.
• Plan and execute regional marketing activities, including product launches, surgeon training workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Manage regional P&L, pricing, promotions, sales planning, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to gather clinical needs and market feedback, driving product improvement and new product development. Market Development & Channel Management:
• Expand into emerging APAC markets by identifying and onboarding qualified distributors or partners.
• Manage, train, and empower distributors, agents, and sub-dealers to enhance sales capabilities and market performance. Customer & Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, end users, KOLs, and academic associations across APAC.
• Support government communication, product registration, and regulatory submissions in coordination with the RA team to facilitate market access. Internal Collaboration & Support:
• Handle product complaints and coordinate with Quality, R&D, and Regulatory teams for timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with RA, QA, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of regional strategies. Contribute to new product launch planning, training materials, and market introduction strategies.
