Operations and Customer Service Coordinator - Golf Club Rentals

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a specialist golf club rental company that helps travelling golfers enjoy their holidays without transporting their own equipment, and is seeking to onboard an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Palma de Mallorca.

This is a varied, hands-on position combining golf equipment preparation, rental coordination, customer service and local logistics, with full ownership of the day-to-day operation on the island.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean, inspect and prepare complete golf club sets for each rental booking
• Check every set contains the correct clubs, bags and accessories and is presented to a high standard
• Coordinate and carry out equipment deliveries and collections at agreed customer locations
• Manage reservations, scheduling, stock availability and equipment returns
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, calls and emails, resolving issues promptly
• Track golf sets, identify missing or damaged equipment and maintain accurate records
• Take ownership of the daily workflow, ensuring all orders are ready and delivered on time
• Help improve operational efficiency and the overall customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Practical, hands-on approach, happy to clean, handle and transport golf equipment
• Confident dealing with customers and coordinating multiple daily bookings
• Good computer skills, including email and booking systems
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
• Full driving licence
• Based in Palma de Mallorca or within reasonable commuting distance
• Flexible during busy golfing and holiday periods
• Comfortable working as a self-employed contractor, invoicing for services
