Candidate should be a LLB or LLM with more than 3 years of experience in Commercial Contract management. Redline review of NDAs, MSA, Terms & Conditions, review of SoWs, POs and various IT contracts from regions like UK, Asia and Australia. Good command over language and drafting skills.
