Painter Blaster - Pembroke

About The Role

Altrad are currently looking for experienced Painter / Blasters to join the team at Pembroke for upcoming outage site works.

This role will involve working 9.5 hour shifts on a 6 on 1 off shift pattern (potential to become 11.5 hour shift pattern and 13 on 1 off shift pattern).

The position is paid under NAECI agreements (£22.50 an hour + Hourly bonus TBC), travelling labour considered.

The role is until 10.12.2026 approx.

Key Deliverables:

• To prepare surfaces to be painted
• To paint interior or exterior areas, depending on site requirements
• Blasting/spraying painting requirements
• Keep working areas & facilities in a clean and safe condition

Key Requirements / Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Painting and Blasting
• CCNSG Safety Passport
• Painting Blasting qualification - ICATS Level 2 (Blasting) or Level 3 (Spraying) / Train the Painter Silver or Gold (Bronze considered)
• Confined space training ideal
